Daddy took the day off the celebrate with us! We checked out The Discovery Center in Binghamton.
There was a neat giant bubble maker that Nicholas thought was really cool - that is until it popped and sprayed him with bubble juice....enough of that for this birthday boy!
The real ambulance was a hit with this boy! It was hard to get him away from that display!
William was a happy guy at the museum, especially checking out all the mirrors.

Nicholas is still talking about the fighter jet cockpit. He was in his glory with all the buttons!
We had lunch at Sonic! Nicholas got a kick out of the food delivery people on roller skates...and the fact that he had a huge watermellon shake for lunch.
For his special birthday treat, the birthday boy chose his favorite mint chocolate chip ice cream. He just beamed as we sang...even though we're so very off-key.
William was all smiles during the birthday singing. Someday, he'll be all smiles enjoying ice cream too (fingers crossed).
