Wednesday night, we went to the Lake for an evening boat ride with the family. Nicholas was excited to walk along the water trail heading down to the dock, but quickly ran the other way when we rounded the bend and he saw Grandpa's boat. He ran toward the car saying "no, no!"
After a battle to get him in a life vest, Nicholas seemed....well, rather uncomfortable. He might not be the boating type after all....

We boated to Oswego for dinner. The boys are so good about holding hands together.

We have to take advantage of these times when they want to hold hands.

On the way back, we tried a different life jacket...and got the same response from Nicholas.
