We celebrated Mommy's birthday with a picnic at the Parkway. We went on our first tram ride - Nicholas thought it was great.
Of course, we spent a lot of time at our favorite play ground.
Nicholas offered me plenty of wood chips (my thoughtful boy!).
This picture cracks me up!

I think this was the first squirrel Nicholas ever saw (yes, a huge downfall of our neighborhood). He chased it clear across the park, beaming all the way.
He loves to push wood chips between the holes of the play set, counting "onn, toe, fee..."
All Nicholas' practice at climbing Olivia's playset this summer has payed-off to getting him halfway up this ladder. The entire act scares the crap out of me, so I couldn't let him get any higher for a picture without being really close.
Oh, such the son of an OT - he was tracing this sign with his "tick" (with really impressive accuracy, I must say).
