“It is difficult to say what is impossible,
for the dream of yesterday
is the hope of today
and the reality of tomorrow.”
Robert H. Goddard
There is no simple way to sum up our experience of 2010. With William admitted for his 14th hospitalization on December 28th through the afternoon of the 31st, his true courage and perseverance is ever-most visible. This picture was captured just after he pointed to the stroller, requesting to go for a walk around the unit. It was the first time he was feeling up to leaving, after a long 36 hours of feeling lousy.
I've lost track of how many blood transfusions William is up to...but even while receiving yet another transfusion, you'd never know how sick he is with his glowing smile and spunk.A rare snapshot of Mommy and her #1, as we enjoyed a New Years dinner at Great Northern Pizzeria.
Be-bopping to the restaurant music, William shows off his highchair dancing skills...always pushing the limits, that boy!
I can only begin 2011 with hope for a better year....
for joy and peace for our family...
the strength and courage to move forward...
and better health for all our dear loved ones.
for joy and peace for our family...
the strength and courage to move forward...
